Why is my humidor so noisy?

Does the built-in fan make noises? Or the Back heating fan causing the noise?
1.Due to the rotating shaft, the fan hits the template and generates noise.
Troubleshooting:
Open the cigar cabinet and listen closely to determine whether the noise comes from the built-in cooling fan.
2.It may be due to the fan accumulating a lot of dust; the fan is malfunctioning.
Troubleshooting:
Listen closely to determine whether the noise comes from the hot fan on the back.
Here are some solutions for you, please kindly try:
1 Clean the fan
2 Check whether the fan is stuck on the wire. See attached video
3. If there is no problem with the fan, you need to check whether the rear plate is deformed. Our normal plate is flat. If it is deformed, the fan blades will get stuck and there will be abnormal noise. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact us at Support@mojgar.com.
