Why does my humidor stop cooling after a while?

1.Please kindly provide these temperature information: ambient temperature, set temperature, temperature displayed on the humidor.
2.Please adjust the temperature of the humidor to a lower degrees . Then please wait for a moment to see if the fan starts working and if there is cold air blowing from the back.
3. If it still does not cool, check the following items:
3.1 Please check whether the red power indicator light on the back of the product is on. We would be grateful if you could provide pictures. If it does not light up, please disconnect the power supply and open the triangular cover on the upper right corner of the product to check whether the red and black power cords are loose. If so, reattach them.
3.2 Please place the humidor more than 5 cm away from the wall, which is beneficial to heat dissipation and better temperature control.
3.3 Please make sure there are no blockages on both sides of the humidor.
3.4 Please unplug the power plug of the humidor, and then clean the dust filter and fan. Please check if the fan is stuck."
